The FAQ on <a target=_blank href=http://www.thewitcher.com>The Witcher</a>'s website has been updated recently with the following questions and answers:
<br>
<ul>
<br>
<b>Will there be any Collectors Edition of The Witcher?</b>
<br>
It's to early to tell but propably there will be one... :)
<br>
<br>
<b>In how many countries will the game be published?</b>
<br>
The game will be published around the world.
<br>
<br>
<b>Do you plan any tools for creation of unofficial modules?</b>
<br>
Maybe not whole modules, but yes, we plan to give some tools for players. Unfortunatly we do not know exactly what kind of tools there will be, it hasn't been finalized yet.
<br>
<br>
<b>Do you plan to publish the game on consoles and other operating system?</b>
<br>
At the time being we do not plan to publish our game on consoles or other operating systems.
<br>
</ul>
<br>
Let's hope that the last bit won't change.

Well, at least CD Projekt isn't making empty promises to Linux users like certain other companies making Aurora games have done.

Or Mac users. The way Bioware handled the Mac release of NWN (which was promised to be simultaneous until just a few months before the actual release - at which point it became apparent that Bioware had been openly lying for several quarters) reeked of corporate bullshit.
