Looks like just about everybody except us was invited to this Bloodlines preview event (how rude). Game Chronicles have their own preview of Bloodlines up.
On the other hand, conversations take place from a fixed first-person view. Some of the dialogue trees can take several minutes to get through, and even with the amazing lip-synch and animated facial muscles I have to admit to getting impatient and wanting to look around while the other characters were talking. This minor annoyance also spills over into specific action animations like lock picking. Not being able to look around while breaking and entering got me in trouble with the cops more often than I care to count, and these cops shoot first and read you your rights later.
Go figure--you have to pay attention to the person you're talking to. I'd say he's correct about the lockpicking thing, though.

The lockpicking bit held both good and bad news - considering we were worried that noone would react, as was discussed after one of the gameplay videos. I agree that not being able to look around while lockpicking sounds a bit iffy though - but not as iffy as people not reacting.

.... So, youa re forzen while lockpicking? Uhuh.. Whose bright idea was that... It's too bad that inc ertain situations as the one described above could eaisly lead to a 'Game Over' screen through no fault of the player's. That's not cool. As Whip says it's a good thing that the police (and presumably others) react to it; but meh..
