The WarCry Network has reviewed Mistland's cyberpunk themed tactical turn-based RPG, COPS 2170 and they seem to like it a lot more than some of the mainstream game review sites, awarding it a total score of 7.5.

The game mechanic itself isn't bad, evoking memories of X-Com, Fallout, and maybe even a bit of Planescape: Torment with the battle system and the choices you make effecting the game story. There was an obvious effort to add depth and replayability to this game; unfortunately it falls flat with brain-dead AI that wanders in circles, or charges blindly, and with arbitrary limitations like an inventory system that relies on you to optimize space in the grid, and grenades that fly off into space occasionally when they miss. Also, due to the size of the maps and the limited movement during your turn, you'll soon be quite tired of being stuck in turn based mode until the last enemy hiding in the far corner of the map is eliminated.

While COPS 2170 isn't flawless, it's certainly enjoyable.

A little better then Paradise Cracked...

That is the best I can give it after uninstalling it. I had more fun pulling my teeth out with pliers.

Who decided on the goddamn difficulty level? Ruined a perfectly good game. Bastards.

Go to the Configuration outside the game and turn the difficulty down.
