<a href=http://rpgvault.ign.com/">RPGVault have a preview up of Russian developer MiST's tactical RPG, Paradise Cracked.

Since the game emphasis isn't on real time animations, it can run on lower end computers - 400 MHz is the minimum, with 800 MHz recommended. It takes up about 300 MB of hard drive space, which also helps make it an option for gamers with lower-end systems. Although what was reviewed here was a beta, Paradise Cracked has been available in Russia for approximately a month, and should be available in parts of Europe shortly if not already. Currently, all that seems to be missing for an English-language release are a publisher and appropriate localization.

You forgot the most important

While the current trend is to make games real time, with constant clicking and fast activity the norm, this one implements a turn-based system.

YES YES YES .
The development system is level-based, with each advance granting points to spend on ability scores, along with the usual increase in health. A character can also receive a limited number of implants, which can further increase his power. Since these cannot be removed, the player must choose whether to get an early, cheap one for a quick boost of power in the early part of the game, or wait until later when rare and more expensive alternatives are available.

I like that oh yea !!

Russians are coming!!
Hehe, have you noticed that almost all cool and interesting games these days are coming from the east?
Like this game, Silent Storm, GoldenLand, Stalker(even Doom3 looks like silly shooter compared to this), etc.

I've read in some interview with some russian marketing guy that went to USA to find a publisher for this game, that this is a game designed to appeal Fallout and JA fans.
It better be good.
