A Minor Issue

This is actually a really minor issue.

But I've noticed that some thumbnails for people's avatars that show up in the notification area seem to have some transparency issue,

Note how there are a few white pixels near the borders of both Blutwurstritter's and Wesp5's avatars. These don't show on the full sized avatar. Semiurge's avatar looks fine (well, looks gay, but that is another issue) despite having more use of transparency.

Same issue on Brave and on Chrome. By the way, I later realised Blutwurstritter's avatar is actually like that (there is a white background that only shows on those two spots). But Wesp5's is definitely wrong, the white dots should be transparent instead.
