Agree in general, but we are using one body model for all character (well, one for males, one for females). If we beef up one model, we beef them all. I know, we can add different models for different types: one for fighting type, one for sneaking type, one for bookworms, etc; but then we'd have to do different animations, and that would delay the game even more.
