Vapourware Feature Request: ignore posts based on join date

The title really says it all. It would be nice if we had the option of blanket-ignoring posts from users that registered before a certain year.

That could be relative, i.e. ignore all posts from user accounts that are less than 6 months old, or absolute. I.e. ignore all posts from users registered before/after 2017.

Speaking of ignore feature, it would be nice to have ignore, but still be able to see a topic made by ignored user, even if "remove ignored content completely" is checked, like whydoibother made solasta topic and i would like to read it, but i dont want to read whydoibother posts. Or make the ignore function have option to work for certain areas like general discussion/politics forum.
