  • Meet and recruit a variety of unique Consultants (DJs, monks, you name it!)
  • Explore their mechanics, levelling choices, and personalities.
  • Consultants stay and grow throughout the campaign, unlocking new skills and playstyle options as you progress.
  • Discover, research, and cure alien conditions.
  • Treat patients of all shapes and sizes: from puppy-sized lemurs to entire planets.
  • Provide healthcare for musical festivals, deep-space prisons, communal space farms, and industrial disasters; or go wild in sandbox mode.
  • Develop your relationship with each species, earning rewards from their respective cultures.
  • Use holographic doctors, short-range teleporters and subspace portals to micromanage your hospital’s performance.
  • Upgrade rooms, read the thoughts of everyone aboard your station and purchase equipment from a colossal wandering trader.
  • Raise your Hospital Rating - the only goal that truly matters.
Have very positive ratings and seems like it is not shitty like two point hospital as devs capitalized on WotO success and made an actial management game, not a spptream of repetitive crap and reskinned treatments. Anyway, noting could be lower than Two point hosptal with DLCs with literally text based diseases.

If it's pure singleplayer it might have a chance to be good. WotO was okay, but way too focused on multiplayer balancing instead of the fun of running a dungeon.

The decision to put it in space is weird and feels like a desperate attempt to make the game look different/original. I imagine most of the wacky pseudo-medical stuff in TH would fall completely flat if it was just aliens.

This game completely baffles me. I never played Theme Hospital, what the fuck is so entertaining about running a hospital? It just sounds and looks so fucking boring.

Wake me up when they make WFTO2

Nah, it's the obvious. Because Theme Hospitals are already well established~

Space setting doesnt decide the quality of a game. Devs' quality are~

Yes. Startopia. But also weren't these the guys who made some other galacti-something game? Maybe I'm remembering it wrong, but I played that and it was alright. Might have been a different dev...gimmi a second.

Ed: nope, got no idea. Have to wait till I get home to the steam library but don't think it was these devs.
