So, have any of you guys played this yet?
It's only been released in some select locations, but there's several torrents floating about. I've only played a few hours worth... but it's been fairly enjoyable so far.

For those who don't know, 'Gray Matter' is the new mystery adventure game created by Jane Jensen (she's the chick who made the Gabriel Knight games). The game's plot is centered around a 20-year old girl named Samantha, who is working as a research assistant to an Oxford neurology professor. She is investigating a series of seemingly supernatural events, which seem to be connected to a series of experiments the professor is conducting.

Anyway, I'm not very far yet, but I'm enjoying it -- not nearly as good as the Gabriel Knight series, but still pretty good. It's better than any other new adventure game from at-least the last year or so.

So...has anyone else played it yet?

yet another game with a female PC.

why not simply have a choice?

Does it matter? Never mind the fact the vast majority of video game protagonists are male but how many Adventure games let you choose the identity of the PC? Invariably it is a fixed person that the story is based around -- if that person happens to be female... so what?
