With in-car view, that can be played with a keyboard and preferably not infested with civics and lancers, I prefer real cars.

I'm having lot of fun with GRID.
Mind I'm really not a racing games expert, just played some arcade in the past (like Flatout, Burnout Paradise, etc).

I couldn't play it with a keyboard tho, for the non-analogic nature of it. The game also make you drive different kind of cars every event, so you need to keep adapting to new driving styles. Also, drift battles are pretty fun.
It has in-car view and real cars, from lousy touring ones to open wheel (F3 and F1000), GT, and prototypes.

Trackmania is fun and extremely arcadey. And it's free but I reckon you don't care about that.
