I wanna say this.
I tried it.

And it took me 5 minutes with given tools to turn that a girl into a boy. It's rather hard to use tools "masculine type" instead of boy and all that weird tools to ensure that resulting character would at least somewhat look like a boy. It was really hard to find that skirt belongs to upper body clothes, thus creating pants and t-shirt character was actually possible. I was really worried I'd have to use pants and skirt male character.
