Talking video banner adds suck

I was browsing the forums here and this banner add started streaming audio/video of all these people talking about their bowel movements. It was really gross actually:

"Now I can eat the food and then I can feel the poisons just leaving my body!"

Some colon blow drug/food supllement I guess.

They just wouldn't shut up so I finally reloaded the page.

Anyone else seen this?

Or, more specifically, install Flash without a way to turn it off like Opera's F12 menu or Firefox's FlashBlock extension.
