A new game inspired by X-Com1. I personally think it's a huge improvement in every way except setting and that all the maps are pregenerated.

Yes it's a beta but it's playable... after playing for an hour I can tell you there are quite a few new weapons (machine gun), new (much larger) maps and some usability improvements.

As far as I remember, that has to do with the way lighting works in the engine. Because all lighting is pregenerated onto light maps, they can't afford to have new light maps for whenever something is destroyed.
