Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
I recently [half a year ago] discovered this fun little gem of a game and I've enjoyed it immensely. It's pretty awesome and the randomness factor makes it worth playing over and over again. The gameplay is actually pretty simplistic, but somehow it's extremely addictive and it's fun to find cool stuff on planets.

Now, are there any other games like this out there? Is the prequel worth getting? Did anyone else here play this?

I've only played Strange Adventures in Infinite Space, but I think it's about the same. Weird Worlds (from what I gathered in the demo) is a bit more complex and much prettier. There's a decent mod scene around both titles, with Weird Worlds being much more mod-friendly.

On a slightly similar note to the 10-minute space exploration game, there's a 10-minute turn-based strategy game that you might enjoy as well: Oasis
