I assume companies may be interested in making paintball games because they're looking to make some moneys from a mostly untapped market. It's a sports game that doubles as a "realistic" FPS yet has no blood or "violence" and gets an ages 10+ ESRB rating.

Ironically most major FPSs have had paintball mods made for them...

Also, haven't there been any paintball or laser tag games made with isometric turn-based combat? The combination seems perfectly suited for casual multiplayer gameplay on handhelds.

I remember playing a turn based strategy capture the flag type game that was based on a game that people would actually play in the woods/fields.

Can't remember what it was called or the rules though.

What's even the point in playing paintball on your XBAWKS?!

Considering it was handled by Activision's value division not much.

There is always a market for cheaper stuff, what makes this even more weird and scary is how they attempted to steal the identity of a person for what amounted to be a budget series.

I remember a paintball game, don't know if its the same series.

It was in a review with PCGamer and it was horrible.

"Within 24 hours of me shipping my PlayStation 2 game, Greg Hastings Tournament Paintball Max'd, they sent me a letter and they said, 'We feel you've abandoned your franchise, and we're going to commence making games called Greg Hastings Paintball without Greg Hastings.'"

Bobby you stupid piece of shit, there you go again getting bad PR.
