Good evening comrades. It is with great sadness that I adress you on the recent subject that has reached the headlines of probably most countries of the world, the suicidal and nuclear last stand of the Peruvian syndicalist guerrilla known as the Shining Path. As much as they died for what they believed, they have made a big mistake for which we might yet to pay a very high price to ensure our continued freedom and sovereignty, because they have put emotions above reason, desires above patience and madness and hatred above careful strategic planning.
In doing what they did, not only they, no matter how many oppressors they have killed, have caused the deaths of countless innocent civilians, but they also have helped our enemies as much as the so called Al-Qaeda helped imperialism during the beginning of the 21st century by giving a perfect pretext for invasion, exploitation and oppression over foreign lands. And now, as much as it happened during the even older times of imperialism during the 19th century, they have decided to, under the pathetic, ridiculous and absurd pretext of "defending themselves against terrorism and 'socialist tyranny'", to agree on a colonial partition of much of Latin America among themselves, like the devouring beasts and predators that lurk and are starting to surround us, and what happened in Africa and Asia during the 19th century is now happening again at our very doorstep.
There is however one bright side on these developments: we now have absolutely no doubt on who our enemies are: whether they are actively waging war on us or not is a formality, for to ensure our continued sovereignty and freedom, sooner or later we will have no options left but to take this encroachment of theirs against our sovereign soil to be solved by force of arms. It have always been inevitable, ultimately, for the idea that the revolution can be limited to one nation is feeble. It worked in the Soviet Union simply because the Soviet Union, unlike our Confederation, wasn't either free or a government truly ruled by the people and the workers, and the banksters and other cronies knew it would collapse. But now everything is different, and they know it. They know the threat we represent to their status quo by offering a working and better way of life to the people, and they are closing in with every passing year to crush our dreams as soon as they can. Therefore, we from now I ask for everyone to boycott any products from any countries involved in this thinly-veiled imperialistic landgrab using the sham of "anti-terrorism" as a pretext, and our trade embargo is now extended to all of them. They have no interest in the peoples of Latin America, they are only new empires looking for new slaves, and this will not be forgotten!
There are good news, fortunately, besides the fact there are a few countries that refuse to join the club of the old imperialism. The SACI is a failsafe, 100% loyal artificial intelligence that will replace human handlers over our nuclear stockpiles and ensure the tragedy of Lima will never, ever happen again. It is in face of these tragic news that I therefore announce that the SACI protocol is only part of a longer plan: in the next 20 years, all administrative and decision-making roles within the Syndicalist Confederation shall be automated and done by perfect and incorruptible artificial intelligences, until the moment the last president shall step out of the seat, to be replaced by a primary AI who shall always respect the wishes of the people and follow them, and thus our safety as a free, socialist and democratic civilization against internal threats shall be assured for all times to come. And eventually, eventually, all external threats to our freedom and sovereignty shall be equally neutralized.
