Now that I actually found a video of that choppin' song on youtube I can say it is not the music to zangarmarsh. It is this song, which plays in alliance bases in outland. I recognized it on the first play-through, which is kind of bizarre:

Of course, from my perspective, Chopin stole from blizzard not the other way around.
