I wouldn't be so sure. That Elder Scrolls collection they put out fairly recently wasn't all Steam, and apparently in the potato version only Skyrim is a Steam version. Notably, all the dvds were stuffed into cheap dvd surface-destroying cardboard. Kinda looks like they took a liking to that kind of cheapo packaging.

Emphasizing tat over decent packaging, usability and aesthetics is pretty much the perfect summary of everything Bethesda stands for, I feel.

Goddamn, the more I look at that image, the more it looks like it was specifically designed to piss off the Codex. Mini-nuke package with sound effects, Bethesda logo on 1&2, "room for Fallout 4"...I love it, couldn't make something more infuriating if I tried
