I know I was being dismissive of your problems before and a bit of a jerk, but the same thing happened to me. Everything I try to do is "forbidden" on my desktop. I now believe your problem is real. Did you find a solution? Was Crispy behind it all?

A Beautifully Desolate Campaign Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire Pathfinder: Kingmaker Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
You guys should list all the alternative IPs that you use here, so we can then test which ones work and which don't.

I was kinda joking in the OP, but Codex does have something weird going on, it's happened to quite a few people now, besides me. I had to get a VPN to connect on that particular IP, and I have to restart it once in a while, or it gets blocked too.

Not sure who is behind it, and whether or not it's intentional (some admin doing it for shits and giggles) or just the unintended side-effect of some technical stuff.

There is free public wifi in bavarian town halls, goverment offices and universities. RPGCodex is blocked on those.
