I know you plan on a digital only release, but I was wondering what sort of documentation you'd include? I think a PDF including not just instructions but a lot "color" would be a nice addition. Concept art is always a favorite, but just some of descriptions of how AoD is not your typical RPG I think would go along way in making the game more palpatable for the unenlightened.

Just food for thought.

Well, I hate stupid hype and "AoD is not your typical RPG" is a fine example of that. Still I see your point, so I'll probably add a small walkthough section (similar to Gothic 2 mini-walkthough in the manual) pointing out that there are many different solutions to quests, encouraging players to try different things.

Not that I expect many people to read a pdf manual. If the game sells well, I will consider making a special edition with a dvd box, color manual with art and all kinda AoD stuff. I guess even including the interface designs from the nearby thread would be kinda interesting to look at.

the CE should include a lovingly printed and bound, full-colour, hardback and gilt-edged edition of the entire text of retardo land.

Do we get a refund if we already bought the game?

Make it so that if you hold down SHFIT while the Credits roll the entirety of the MULTI-HEADED COCKS thread scrolls down the screen.
