Absolutely, but they did not lie its written in bold when starting the game that stuff is missing , yet in its current state its already much more enjoyable than some mainstream releases. I am not worried the slightest,they have an history of improving and patching years after release and adding new factions for free when others sell fucking day one faction dlcs for 9 euros.
Illwinter is a haven of true gaming , sometimes i wonder if its me aging for not enjoying games like i used to, then i try dominion 4 ,all the passion is back and i am spending nights on it.Maybe i am a bit of a fanboy now but its so superior to mainstream gaming.

EU4 and now that its a damn good year for grand strategy.

Version 3.99j , 4.00 is final .Iit was supposed to be out yesterday but its postponed again, as always with illwinter you have to browse the forums to find any addtional info, its supposed to be postponed just a few more days . The game is 99% finished although and fun, they just have to finish the manual . Its likely you wont see much differences now, its worth waiting only if you absolutely want to start a multiplayer game.
