Merida, again
I always liked the NPCMod for the original BG. BGTuTu is also a favorite of course. Co8, and the PS:T fixpack/tweakpack.

AGCEEP for EUII is amazing (if your of the camp that Paradox games work alot better scripted then having lots of general events). Trillions of events (and plenty that let you go deeply down ahistorical paths).

1.Civ4: Fall from Heaven 2 (and its various modmods)
2.Dawn of War: Dark Crusade: FOK (Firestorm over Kronus)
3.Crysis: Mechwarrior Living Legends

1.) & 2.) are not just great mods but pretty much also my favourite games of the last few years.

Natural Selection (HL): not only best mod ever, possibly best game ever.

Point of Existance (BF2)
Renegades (Tribes)
Dytopia (HL2)
Shifter (Tribes)
Team Fortress (Quake)
Quake Generations (Quake 2)

Best mods are always shooters.

Fall From Heaven for CivIV aint bad.

Yeah, forgot that. Well, AI is braindead, but since it was the same in original civ...

Warhammer mod is also nice. Early beta, but shows much potential.

This, except replace BGTuTu with BGT and add Bloodlines Unofficial Patch.

Also, like others, The Nameless Mod for DeusEx.

All stuff done by Tessera.

You mean the one who makes "adult" content for probably any game around? I laugh at that guy - putting naked women in games for the sake of naked women isn't exactly mature, is it? And it ruins the games as well (unless you are 14 years old with face full of pimples).

My favorite mods:

Crimson Tides of Tethyr for NWN - I hate epic stuff, but this one was great.
JA2 1.13
UFO: ET mod by Bman - it basically makes the game playable. Chaos Concept website stated that the creator cooperates with them on the sequel.

There's a lot more I'd like to list, but this post is long enough.

I don't really use very many mods, but the one I've probably used the most was Killap's Fallout 2 patch.
