How? Troika was founded before Black Isle even released their actual first game.
Tim Cain, Leonard Boyarsky and Jason D. Anderson made Fallout, left Interplay and founded own company. That is why them regarded as a bit of Black Isle.

Yes, but Fallout was made before Black Isle was even named Black Isle. They then left during the construction because of differences. They also took a large part of the team with them. So, the company we know as Black Isle was a pretty different one.

Black Isle was founded in the 1996, as part of Interplay. They started using this name after, but it dosen't matter. However, they are were a bit of Interplay. With name or without. It is a formality.

When they were known as Black Isle, 4 key developers of Fallout weren't working on their games.

That is right, they were important, but they were Black Isle, as company. These people worked with RPG in the Interplay. However, we received two great company, so we won.

"LARP's Bhaalspawn"

No, he doesn't, moran. BIO borrowed his gamer tag for TOB not the other way around. Toolbag.

"You can see the desperate disappointment in both"him and Volourn whenever Bioware is mentioned; they hate where the company has headed, but cannot keep that old flame snuffed out."

Nope. BIo is exactly who they ahve always been. The problem with other tools is they pretend BIO is what they aren't. As long as BIO makes game I enjoy I will keep buying those games and NOT buy the BIO games I know I won't enjoy. *shrug*

"They also took a large part of the team with them."

Origin (for the Ultima stuff, U8 in particular was the first rpg I came across that didn't have the standard KNIGHTS AND FAERIES AND DRAGONZZZ crap stuffed down your throat)

New World Computing (for Might and Magic series and their jizz inducing introduction logo with the massive sword stuck through the planet EEUUGUGUGHHHHH)

Black Isle (FO1+2, BG1+2)

Honorable mentions: Troika (Bloodlines), Bullfrog (NO CRPG GAMES ETC. WAAAAH. Eat shit.), Remedy Entertainment (Max Payne series), Rockstar Games (GTAs).
