I never thought about it and always wore my everyday outfit composed of speedos, leather jacket and heels while gaming but thinking about it I think I can improve my performance if I buy dedicated gaming clothing. Question is which brand should I buy and what colour should I set for the LEDs. Does anyone have any experience with gaming clothing and can share his opinion?

Man I can see you're new to the game I mean for real. For ultimate performance-enhancing gamer drip I recommend the classics: an all-black short sleeves shirt with flames printed liberally all over it, as well as 30 denier programming stockings. Don't listen to weirdos who recommend fishnets, I think they're into fetish shit.

I always wear my Lancia vintage Martini Racing jacket for highest performance. I got mine at the Lancia car expo in Torino, 1992, together with an MS-DOS copy of Stunts.

You may notice all crew members are wearing pants. I usually go with no pants as they get uncomfortable after long gaming sessions(I'm unemployed, so a typical gaming session can last +10 hours). I also like to smell my own balls.

Ah yes, the freelancer workclothes. Here's what I know:

A kilt will provide ample ventilation as well as optimized access time when you fancy an emergency wank. The rest of the wardrobe is entirely optional. Also a popular solution when you ken there's visitors about.
Following a similar school of thought, you might wear only a top hat. It's for those days when you're not expecting any visitors, but there's still a non-zero chance someone might drop by.
You can then look fancy while peeking from behind the door and telling them to fuck off, or you can use it to cover your privates if they insist on barging in.

Leather jacket, 3-strips panth (tracksuit) and bootleg Adidas.
In cold days only.
STALKER experience.
Would use longer leather jacket but they're nowhere to be found and in good price range.

I once had a major cringe attack that I almost didn't survive when I saw a pro-gamer in speedos in an excerpt in a YT video having a tantrum and smashing his KB and walking away. I don't think he was doing a comedy bit.

Which reminds me, when I was a kid I won this navy blue Wing Commander sweatshirt in a gaming magazine contest, it was too big for me so I gave it to my big brother who didn't even know what Wing Commander is. As for your question, approaching this subject from the performance point of view is not your only option. I believe one should dress context appropriately, for example when I am role-playing a shaman I will put on my tooth necklace. You should aim to spend as much on your wardrobe as you're spending on video games if you care about the real GFE (Ge Force Experience) at all. Hope this helps
