I was stuck there once, so I called the hintline. I don't know if it was because it was a Canadian guy recording the voicemail, but I thought he said "you need the mystarael." So I backtrack looking for some magical object named "mystarael." I was thinking it was like the thing that elf gave Frodo in LotR. Very elvish and fantasy sounding. Didn't find it. Call back and chose to speak to actual games hint person. Asked what is "Mystarael." Reply: "Mystarael? What the...oh! Mystery Oy-yul" Me: "Ohhhhh! Mystery Oy-yul? Ah shit..." *hangs up quickly*.
