I remember I had to fight Kevin Spacey on a beach. But I just got bored and gave up.
There didn't seem to be any way to avoid the fight, so it seems the game offered little in the way of free-roaming.

Its still in early release so they always updating the game and addressing issues raised from what I have seen
But I wont be playing it until full release which is 2023
