Holy hell I didn't know they were that big! (Daggerfall).

Found that in a dungeon. Thought "looks interesting, nice statue" and tried using it. When I use it, some sound effect plays, sounds like some kind of blessing or something, but I don't notice anything happening.

The statue should have opened all the doors in the room, but as I see, you have already opened them yourself ;)
And behind doors are "rapists" Draq talks about.
Yes.

The pain.

Daggerfall was a wonderfull & painfull experience for me, as I tried playing it some years ago with absolutly no ideia what I would find. It went something like:

- Creating character, no ideia of what I was doing, made a Battle-Mage Drow (don't recall ES name for that).

- Spend some time trying to understand the controls and the completly pointless AWESHUM IMERSHUM that is swinging your sword with the mouse. Bethesda never disapoints me.

- Raged at wtf the second enemy I face is a fucking Imp immune to my weapons! Died.

- Saved & Died A LOT.

- Died other countless times but managed to explore the dungeon and exit it! Endless glory!

- Holy shit big ass world map, I have no ideia what to do / where to go.

After that I decided to "study" a little more of the game before playing it again (which made everything more simple to understand), but the initial shock of playing a game that complex that raped me that much was really life-changing. I'm really ashamed of never finishing the game, when I finally started to understand the game I chnaged jobs and worked like a dog for some months, so didn't played much... gotta give it a third try one of these days.
