*The problem*: You have no new messages! line stay unobtrusively between the buttons and the ad-text. If you post a PM to a poster it's more than possible that poster dont notice it at all. And remind him in the thread is ... mildly derp.

*The solution*: Recommend to add one more line below the block

"You can post new topics in this forum
You can reply to topics in this forum
You can edit your posts in this forum
You cannot delete your posts in this forum
You can vote in polls in this forum"
You have no new messages!

and above the Giving Internet image.

OR

Bold the button MESSAGE. It's possible it will mess up the line of button and therefore draw member's notice to it immediately.
