As part of DU's regular trolling of the forum the much-lamented rating system was extremely useful, sophisticated and amusing (with cute icons for each category):

Hitler, butthurt, retarded, gay, parrot, brofist, agree, disagree

It was great to get 100 alerts of which 30 were Hitler and 20 were the parrot, but the poor old brofists got a bit lost in the noise. On the plus side anus_pounder was in heaven.

Oh I recall I was around one o the times that DU switched to that. I think something like "edgy", "constructive", "retarded, "funny" would be a better fit.
