Klytus, I'm bored
So.. searching the net and it seems so far nobody managed (or wanted to..) piss an underboss enough for them to betray. Interesting, is it even possible (as advertised)?
Just cracked open my copy of Mafia 1 to find a manual in the style of a printed newspaper, and a double sided city map & poster. Remember when the stuff they threw in boxes (for free an’ all) creatively supplemented the experience, rather than being a bunch of random crap to feed the hoarder lifestyle? Pepperidge Farm remembers. I feel immersed and haven't even started the game yet.
Modern devs lol

Theres a cheevo for reaching the end with just one loyal underboss, so I'd say so. But the game is made in such a way you'd have to deliberately go out of your way to piss them off. Theres 9 territories (so far), but 3 of them are the home bases for the respective underboss and will always be theirs. That leaves 6. Give 2 each to each underboss, complete their sidequests and bam. Loyal.
He had also jotted down a couple numbers of random businesses you could call with your in-game phone, and leads that could point you towards side-activities.
A diverse criminal organisation is the only answer to the segregation of minorities. Haven't you heard of the Black Lives Matter movement!?I mean, Italian mafia, Irish boozers?

i really wanted to finish this game, at least for the story, but i just broke a finger on my right hand...3 weeks off gaming, i guess negative feelings and user reviews for Mafia 3 are so strong that force anyone to trash this game.

I don't know whether you were gaming really really right, or really really wrong.

It was with a Barbell, and Mafia 3 is not challenging enough for such disease anyway
If u finish it, can u tell me if the story (ending included) is worth it?

If you've made it to the endgame, go ahead and finish it, I'd say. Its satisfying enough.
The real reason you should finish the game is to see the post-credits stinger, which is hilariously dumb.
Vito, the protagonist from 2, does finally get the respect he deserves in the (arguably) best ending of Mafia III, for what little thats worth.
EDIT: Ending spoilers and shit -
In the 'best' ending, Lincoln leaves town after getting his revenge, tries to live a normal life and occasionally sends postcards to the Padre. Meanwhile, whichever underboss is still alive (Vito takes precedent over the other 2 if all 3 live) eventually takes over New Bordeaux. In Vito's case, he takes over the city, finishes the casino that the main antagonist of the game never completed and is still alive and filthy rich in 2016.
EDIT2: I take back what I just said. The best - objectively speaking - ending is if you choose to rule New Bordeaux alone at the end. That was a hoot.
The game felt like they ran out of money, or the people they assigned to real-world events, sidequests, and interaction didn't get paid or didn't do their work.
Did the work, remnants can be found in various stages of completion in the source code. A fraction were finished and included in Joe's DLC. Long story short 2k wasn't interested in the long term investment and made them cut a bunch of shit and push the game out.
