Based on CHA sounds kind of interesting, but it depends on plot. If you have a band of adventurers, it should be a hard six, if you're collecting peoples along the way, make it CHA.

This ties back into the death system discussion. If I write dialogue for 5 followers I sure as hell want all 5 to be joinable. But the CHA method makes more sense in the story.

I am not sure what to do.
