I thought Archon were supposed to be quite powerful and high ranked. I hope it is just a play on words, and that Sirin is just a self proclaimed archon.

Talking about the game's music: "It's juxtaposed with this pretty evil guy...or a girl." Not sure he was thinking of a specific character. Game's got lots of evil characters.

This is probably the least of the game's problems, but I really hate those jumping animations when abilities are activated. They looked out of place in PoE too, and I see they're just elaborating on that over the top style.

She is probably the most powerful Archon on Terratus, and the story gives you a little taste of just how powerful she really is.

Could be powerful in some non-direct way that isn't exactly useful in small-scale combat. Think Bastila from KOTOR and her unique Battle Meditation ability.

Regardless, it wouldn't surprise me if a character who is that pivotal turns out to be only a temporary companion.

They're powerful, yes, but they're not necessarily high-ranked. The first time we heard of the Archon of Songs was in the Scarlet Chorus profile on Gamespot and she was mentioned to have been chained and studied by the Chorus' mages, who learned quite a few magical tricks from her. Since then, we learned that Kyros captured and chained another Archon for the same purpose a long time ago, leading to the creation of the Sigil of Life.

As for power, the lady's only sixteen. She might not be completely in control of her abilities just yet.
