If you don't have budget you should not attempt to make advanced graphics, unless it's stylized. Current look is a massive decline. It went from retro-look to 'never-going-to-be-released-early-access'. Absolutely horrid.

We could already do that in the first game tho, we will just see it more often if it's a real mechanic, since there should be less overhead to implement it in an area.

if you actually read the tweet Jrpgfan, you would know this is more of a dress-off simulation

I don't need a dress-off game because I already do it IRL with Styg's mom.

hopefully this will bring his attention

tbf i don't give a fuck about how underrail looks, i just want him to tap into whatever the hell mood he was in when he wrote expedition and then give me basically the same gameplay as underrail

more reactivity would be nice, but is by no means required

Interesting, for me Junkyard and Core City were the high points so super-urban area Hexagon that got mentioned at the end of the game sounded perfect for me, but no idea if we are getting anything like that.

Don't get me wrong, I heckin' loved Core City. But I think Expedition has some of the best exploration and without question the best writing/atmosphere.

I loved the juxtaposition of dense urban cavepunk seen in the likes of Core City, glimpses of crumbling society shown through the likes of Junkyard, survivalist off-the-grid vibe like in Camp Hathor, and the fruit from the mindfuck tree that is the civilizational branches and societies shown in Expeditions.

I wouldn't want Infusion to be less than the crazy railrat's stew that was Underrail. I hope Styg can still channel it.

Most beautiful art, too. It was just a huge step up aesthetically in general.
