Disney is never going to be making a game with Obsidian.
Why not? First MCA's not good enough for Lucas, now he's not good enough for Disney? We're better off for it, of course, but why the summary dismissal?Jaesun said:Disney is never going to be making a game with Obsidian.
It's both! Walking around killing things to unlock power-ups and pretty dresses.Vaarna_Aarne said:No, it is riding around on a horse killing things.Andyman Messiah said:Definition of an RPG: dress up a character and kill shit to get new kill powers and dresses.Excidium said:Is it that time of the month?Vaarna_Aarne said:And before that we must decide what is an RPG.Excidium said:Well, first you have to see what goes for RPG these days.Flying Spaghetti Monster said:serch said:Thundercats cRPG. Since when did Obsidian still make rpgs?
Or we could just admit that FSM is trying too hard and leave it at that.Vaarna_Aarne said:And before that we must decide what is an RPG.Excidium said:Well, first you have to see what goes for RPG these days.Flying Spaghetti Monster said:serch said:Thundercats cRPG. It's pretty obvious, guys.

Nike: the RPG.FU: There actually is another game that I can't talk about at all.
GR: Are you sure?
FU: No, I'll get killed, but it's a licensed product but it's a licensed product that when people hear about it they're going to be "well you had to do that. there's no option, if I was a developer and I was offered that I would just do it."

They are a whole lot edgier now than we were.
That is the prestigous Metal Gear Solid theme, and it is a sin to use it to that crappy series.sgc_meltdown said:ps that theme song is shit and has nothing on the original

Agreed, I think he and Tim Schafer are the best in the industry, and the only people whose games I'm interested in solely on the strength of their writing. But considering the dire standards of writing in games, that's not really saying much.Exmit said:MCA's writing is well above standard game writing. No.Exmit said:Also Obsidian is probably working on GOTY edition of New Vegas
No new patches either. So if the GRA DLC causes any bugs, you're stuck with them.Jason Bergman said:Posted 26 September 2011 - 09:09 AM
Sorry guys, this is it. I'm the last one on the project, and I'll be turning out the lights after this week.
It's been a good run, but everyone is moving on to new projects.
