Where is the Report button?

Somebody posted a video of a man getting shot dead on the 49th page of the GIFs thread on GD. To keep up with local standards, I was going to have it reported, but the Report button is not there. What happened?

I found a workaround: bookmark this Thread and every time you want to report something, simply click on the picture in Zed's post.
