AFAIK the job positions for giving fellatio to the The Management™ are all filled, so it is more likely for someone to be "promoted" in the "I never asked for this" way or in a way of intentionally ensuring deliverance of maximum drama or arbitrarity(IE: VD making kingcomrade into GD moderator) into than for another sycophant who crave such "important" status to earn that tag.
