GamesDomain has their review of Dungeon Siege 2 posted as well. The score is an 8/10 and they don't take much of a stance on any of the features of the game in the body of the thing. Anyway, here's the conclusion:

Dungeon Siege II hasn't improved significantly in the story or visuals department, but it's got deeper play mechanics, and the party management has been tweaked to allow for the level of hands-on interaction the player's comfortable with. It's also an incontrovertibly vast game -- in a dangerous, time-absorbing, "Oh look, it's morning!" sort of way. This is solid, well implemented -- if a little uninspired -- fare for today's RPG-starved gamer. Groom your fellow adventurers well.
The uninspired thing kind of rings true to me. The demo just felt like there should be more to it than there is - especially for ranged and melee.
