Bethesda have released five new FO3 game-play vids over at their official site. Options include watching them at YouTube or downloading the fat high-res versions.

They got the design of the vault door exit room totally wrong. Way to ruin my fantasy, Mr. Immershuns. :/
The CHA-CHING sound also seems a little wrong... Anyway, they actually show a lot of detail so it's well worth checking them out. Watch them shoot cars with pistols and cause nuclear explosions, read some of the perks and wander around. Also, DIALOGUE, including a guy who really hates his radio.
