There are two more patches (here's the link to the latest one) for arguably the best turn-based adaptation of 3.5 DnD combat rules, Knights of the Chalice. Read the changes here. Now, let me just quote the developer:

That concludes the latest round of updates. Apart from adding new content I don't know what I could do to make the game better now.
