What classifies a game as a rpg vs as a game with rpg elements?

It list 12 (or 15) rpg elements.

The more a game has those elements, the more RPG it is.

I dont remember where though.

If it doesn't have giant spiders, chances are it's not an RPG.

It's probably not a good game at all, actually.
