Goblins scare me more than orcs or unholds, really. Fuckers seem to always get a fatality on me no matter what, by hook or crook. Maybe I just need 12 dogs, not just a few.

i just dont know how you manage it. i must be missing something BIG in this game or im just stupid. the max that i managed is 5 alps and i did it great. and fucking trees just obliterate my crew. lost several times vs 2

Alps are easy, only tedious; they're only real trouble if you get over 10. Just space yourself out so that there's a free hex between each of your bros, let them move first, then wake any bros that they put to sleep; then move towards them. They won't break contact when you reach them, and will go down in a hit or two.

If there are more than 10, use wardogs.

Schrats are bastards though. They go down to axes and netting them with reinforced nets helps loads; also note that the little thing they're carrying is a shield so scrape them off first. Even so they're really hard to fight profitably, healing up the injuries they cause will eat up your profits.

Are all 10 Legendary locations spawned on every map? Can't fking find them.

The find 3 Legendary locations ambition seems to be bugged, google corroborates, might wanna skip it.

Good of you guys to help, really

(Lured some schrats onto the road for a contract, a full company in green garb joined the fight)

Green fatalities: 2, Bro fatalities: 0

I'm thinking about luring shrats to gobbo capital and do something else, like reading or watching movie while pressing skip turn. It will be a really loooong fight because of all that vines and nets but in the end i think few trees just kill all little gits and all that left for me is just to finish shrats off.

when did the game get bitches? Last time I played it was only bro's, I don't really care, just wondering since I thought it was sort of a design decision not to have female battle bro's to be more 'realistic' or something

I have not played this game in over a year, besides the obviously new DLC content has there been other added stuff or changes (outside the girl battle bro's of course)...

But My company was rather decently armored and armed and high leveled.
How, specifically?

I think I beat them after undead crisis end.
My four heroes. They were less equipped at the time.
o43P7Ge.jpg

Sarge. Not really great - but his weapon is. Notice the damage. Also notice when i start switching from heavy armor to lighter one. That is why I have Battleforge on him. Gifted is also waste of perk now. At last for him. He really need Recover and Battle Frenzy instead. Real killer anyway. Could grab Dodge instead Battle Frenzy. Or even Bags and Belt to increase inventory space for more potions and bandages.

Axe bro. Real champ. Still carry longsword. I think I made up to 130 day before I get any twohanded sword. Pretty straight old two handed build. Again wasted gifted. Also its the heavies armor I got. Didn't buy anything other than some early starting cloth armors. For long time were running in Honor guards rusted ancient armors and fallen heroes rotten plates. No Reach Advantage. It would be good low tier perk to be honest for early 2 handed brothers but not so much late.

Another two handed brother. And again like Sage caught in transition. Again wasted Gifted. It works for him thanks to his amazing armor that I get really cheap(I mean not really it was like 18k if I remember correctly) - tho I sell most the stuff I carried rushed doing some contracts and left like with 1 day wage. It was worth it - even just for the look. Should dump Brawny for either Berserker or Battle frenzy. Heck even Dodge would be better. No Reach advantage - it not worth without Berserk.
Also notice that he is a Brawler - early accessible background and I seen that they are usually really solid. Well he also got amazing stars distribution and good starting stats.

Another Brawler. Amazing mace. You can see another wasted Gifted and Battleforged.

Nimble is really great even if you don't abuse it - and I don't - bros running in shirts and hats don't have enough swag for me. But around 50% of reduction for running in raider gear is great enough for me.
To be honest I feel that Battleforged and Brawny nerf was too much compared to Nimble now not even from combat standpoint but simply from economic validity.
Heavy armored bro is really costly - you need best bro, best armor and tons of tools. And tools is a big issue especially when your company isn't minimaxed and you simply need a lot of them. Its not even cost in gold its just slow repair, and limited amount you can buy and carry for nor reason.
Game really need no-combat followers that allow company increase amount of supplies and speed up repairs and other stuff(like better map vision, even more inventory spaces etc).
Nimble you can make it work with any codexians(even Jimmy) probably and outfit them cheap. HP regenerate cost no medicine and also they get less injuries(if any).

Also my list of KIA brothers.
b1BJ6bX.jpg

The Grunts are throw aways and I still have one in the reserve. The first dead was a shield bro and there were surprisingly low on losses(partially thanks to me saves cumming - but only partially, I didn't save scum much literally few times as I playing blind and to be honest even that would probably be avoided if I know how to prepare for fights - progression is much much better this time - at last for me). After getting Nimble my danger situation greatly decrease - no wonder as even now I use basic mail shirts in number.

My current line up.
xwQpMBB.jpg

With a Orc Slayer who join for a moment - to be honest he isn't great and will leave soon.
So two Rally the troops sergeants with polearms(usually run with one - rarely use banner as my bros have all around 60 resolve), two Lancers with spears to protect flanks, two two handers to chop people, 2 archers(usually run with 3) and 4 mace man line troopers. That can switch to two handed maces for debuff.
Up until 100 day I was running mostly arming swords with some spears and bladed pikes.
All light-medium armors. Outside of two bros.

bandit camp spawns with a bandit leader, another named bandit and 3 marksmen(who somehow can hit shit at night) THEN my reward for losing 3 good lads for the promise of a higher bounty is an encounter with bounty hunters which I just cucked down from because all the high lvl lads have like 100hp combined

idk might as well call the campaign at this point

I'm floating around 10K with enough gear to equip new people but like why bother, the lvl 5 to lvl 7 midgame nimble waiting room is so obnoxiously static and unfun even without having your progress erased erratically

Sarissofoi have you tried additional fur padding with nimble? Reduces damage ignoring armor by 33%? Or should i go with doggo skin for light armored bro? Or +15 resolve runes?
