Can be compressed to "Don't be a NSFW posting, pedophile doxxer and general douchebag" but that's the gist of it. You have to be a REALLY obnoxious fuck to get noticed by The Powers That Be, so a bro like you should be fine.
The thing with the Codex is that its sort of the last stop between the classic internet and the chans. Its a confluence of both. Its freer than the internet these days (which is full of ultra-moderated hugboxes), and less loose than the chans (which are anarchic and anonymous).
