  • I am about to rewatch Twin Peaks Fire Walk With Me with somebody who’s just finished the original TV show for the first time and I am wondering whether the extended edition is worth it or the theatrical cut will suffice. As far as I understand the extended edition is unofficial, or is there the Lynch’s one as well? Would appreciate your advice frens.

I watched the theatrical and then the Missing Pieces cut footage afterwards, can't say if it being put back in the film is better or not, but it's definitely worth seeing.

Can't go wrong with either. It's Lynch's most underrated movie imo <3

Thanks frens, didn’t realize it’s the Missing Parts that comprises the Extended part. Gonna go for the theatrical one then.
Why would you ignore a “low hanging fruit” anyway?

Depending on where the fruit is on the tree it will get different sun light exposure. Fruit in the most sunlight is generally sweeter and better tasting than the stuff on the shady sides. It can make a huge difference in taste so low hanging fruit usually won't taste as good as stuff higher up.

Wild life has an easier time accessing lower hanging fruit so they're more likely to be damaged.

It’s widely known that low hanging fruits get the most of the soil nutrients while the top ones are usually don’t have enough to even ripen properly.
