  1. Let Me Trainwreck Final Fantasy VII For You! (Completed!)

Thought you could let this slip through the cracks? Get back to work. I expect to see a half-assed Cosmo Canyon update on here within the hour.
  2. Fallout 3 = Oblivion Mod

Wow. You got modded by an Oblivion fanboy. Down with the Internet!
  3. Let Me Trainwreck Final Fantasy VII For You! (Completed!)

Best part of this LP: In Chapter 15 - "Bon Scott lives!" I almost pissed myself.
  4. Let Me Trainwreck Final Fantasy VII For You! (Completed!)

Are we done with the stupid minigames yet? Covering them all seemed like a good idea at the time, but they're really making this thing drag.
  5. What's the deal with game theory, anyway?

Disclaimer: I'm not harping on you because I think your idea is stupid. I'm just pointing out the flaws that I see from a programmer's point of view. I don't think you're fully grasping the problem. Those are all interesting examples, but they're examples of writing, not programming...
  6. What's the deal with game theory, anyway?

True, but how could you account for those choices when you create the game? Which player's choices should we take into consideration? Yours? Mine? You can't program "adaptation." What do you mean by "Player style and personality?" And how could you design a game to "react to that?"
  7. What's the deal with game theory, anyway?

I understand your point and what you want, but I can tell you why it's not realistic. You can't account for every choice that everyone who plays the game might make, especially for every little thing like "I want to walk down this hallway, but I want to stomp my feet." It's just unrealistic...
  8. Mercenaries 2: World In Flames

This is good news. The quality of a game is inversely proportional to its GameSpot review score.
  9. Interview The Old-School Charm of Fallout 3

I think he needs to pay more attention. It's not so much "Those dialogue options are so short!" but more "Those dialogue options are so generic and poorly written!"
  10. W40k: Space Marine, aka GoW

... Cinemaction? Is this REALLY what our industry has come to? Unbelievable... Shameful... I remember when I was a kid on Christmas day one year, I had my first orgasm when I opened a present and saw this:
  11. Storytelling techniques in RPGs and MMORPGS

Games that I consider to have incredibly well done stories, despite translation errors that range from irritating to immersion-breaking: Final Fantasy Tactics (Tactics style RPG. duh) - Most people know this game, but for those who don't, the story revolves around a power struggle between...
  12. Let Me Trainwreck Final Fantasy VII For You! (Completed!)

Dear God. That's my new desktop wallpaper. And for the sake of completionism: Yes, you have to go through each minigame in detail. I have OCD, sue me.
  13. Preview Arcania preview at gram.pl

An Oblivion clone? Wow. That sounds so... inefficient. For some reason it makes me think of cloning Rick Moranis if you want to rip off an actor. There are so many better things to copy.
