How connected are Dark Eye games?

Well, title.

I know there are multiple series in the setting (Realms of Arkania, Blackguards, Drakensang, Chains of Satinav) and Im wondering how much connection is there between them. Is it very loosely connected, like, say, DnD games set in Faerun, or it reuses some important plot elements?

They're not even mechanically very similar - RoA are based on a much older edition, Blackguards adapts the rule to its tactical focus and Chains of Satinav is an Adventure.

Well, if you beat all the Gladiators in River of Time you can meet them again at the Harbour. They are waiting for a Ship to Thorwal, where they want to help the Hetman to find the Blade of Fate. Also the Newspaper "Aventurischer Bote" (Adventurian Messenger?), wich you can buy in Nadoret, has from time to time Articles about Stuff that happens in Blade of Fate.

Edit:
Oh, and like the Forgotten Realms Games they play in the same Setting. I.E. Chains of Satinav starts in Andergast, wich has one of the few Academies for Battlemages in Adventuria, and the only one in the North - if you play a Battlemage in Drakensang, he hails from Andergast.
