Ultima Starting Ultima V Lazarus playthrough

Is there a way for steam to detect when i'm playing lazarus? The game works fine, but I wish I had steam overlay.

And is there a possibility of playing in higher resolution than 1024x768?

Anyway looking online for a map I found that the Lazarus has modified map compared to the original Ultima V.

Lordy, if i had a stable connection I'd boot up pinky (my laptop with steam & ubi) and find out. I know i have 2 games installed on it.
