HomeLAN Fed has posted up a really nice interview with Ashley Cheng about Morrowind: Bloodmoon. Here's a bit about factions:

Ashley Cheng - What other new gameplay elements are you putting into the second expansion pack?

HomeLAN - We've added a new faction to join. The East Empire Company is trying to start up a mining colony on Solstheim. You can join the colony, work your way up in rank, and even have a hand in deciding how the mining colony is built. We've basically expanded on the stronghold concept from Morrowind. Now you can help create an entire town. As the colony grows, more NPC's will arrive to populate the colony.

Heh heh.. Looks like JCal forgot his coffee when he was formatting this one for posting!

Kind of ironic that HomeLAN knows more about the game than the guys developing it, wouldn't you say?

I only had two hours sleep when I first read that interview, and it kind of confused me for a few seconds when I was looking for something to cut and paste. ;)
