There's a preview of Titan Quest over at GameBanshee. It covers skills, this, that, closeness to release, some stuff, weapons bad guys wield are what they drop, and so on. Here's a run down:

Titan Quest might seem very similar to Diablo at first glance, but once you start playing it, you realize just how unique and more advanced it is. The game sheds the typical fantasy setting we’ve grown accustomed to and places your character in mythical versions of Greece, Egypt, and Asia. Instead of going up against orcs and goblins, your character will be doing battle with satyrs, centaurs, minotaurs, and cyclopes. Beyond the setting, the game features the most advanced graphics offered in an action RPG to date, multiplayer support for up to six players, a massive assortment of collectable equipment, twenty-eight character class combinations, and several other welcome refinements such as the ability to compare newly found equipment against what you’re wearing simply by hovering the mouse over the new item.

Okay. I'm missing something. How is that not like Diablo? Non-typical fantasy setting, small group multiplayer, ph4t l3wt, gobs of character builds, etc. The graphics is how it's not like it?

I had high hopes for this, but sadly you just point cursor over a monster and hold it until it is dead.

Today's games are designed to be mastered within 3 minutes for soccermom's.

I was really underwhelmed by the demo for this game. It looks like a decent-looking Diablo clone that lacks some basic interface functionality, like an auto-arrange button for inventory.

I have to admit, I was a little disappointed about the inventory arranging thing when I was told about it. Inventory arrange in a Diablo clone should be standard these days. It's almost like forgetting to include a minimap.
