Freedroid offers up a development update, though nothing new to be downloaded yet. Just to keep you informed, those interested, here's a bit of the juice:

MAJOR CHANGE: Added a GTK+ based item archetypes editor. Items can now we inspected and modified by point-and-click instead of having to edit archetype definition files manually with a plain text editor.

Fixed the jumb bug when saving exactly in a doorway.

Added a 'contribute' item to the main menu.

Added new number selector for buy/sell/put/take inventory exchange operations.

Added section with 'authors notes' to the dialog format.

The level editor buttons now have tooltips and they appear with proper delay.

Added green and blue map tiles sets also to the default red tileset. That means that different tile colors can now be combined in a single map.

Fixed some bugs in dialog editor and in some dialogs.

Dialogs can now start subdialogs, making certain selection menus much more convenient to write.

Added a 'disable' button for the main dialog option.

Added some more documentation for the dialog editor, available via the new help menu option.

Dialog editor now takes care of handling the termination characters required by certain parameters.

Added dialog options and handling of dialog options by both the engine and the dialog editor, that will be processed by the engine in advance, giving more control and more possibilities to the dialog file.

Looks like he's cranking out the dialogue stuff, which is fantastic. Editting options is also a plus.
