The hard working boys at RPGDot have released the first in a series of features tackling many aspects of Russian-made RPG, Goldenland. This first feature contains an overview of the game supplied by it's developer, Burut, and a minute Q&A session about the game that you might find interesting. Supplied with the feature are three brand new screenshots of the game. Here's a snippet:

Golden Land has many different locations ranging from large cities to small forests. The graphical composition of any location in Golden Land depends not only on the region of the world it is in but also on the current season while you are visiting that area.
Read the rest here.

Nice Q & A. After filtering it through my interest sifter, I got:

RPGDot: Does the game have graphics?

Burut: Yes.

Behind you.
I tend to agree with that assessment there. They list all these things the engine can do, yet they don't bother asking why the engine can do them. For example, they talk about the engine being able to do weather, but they don't explain if there's any real consequence to weather. Does it impact game play at all? Is it just eye candy?
